Very happy for the gutter kit. Works a lot better than I thought it would. Able to vacuum the gutters up on the 2nd level of the house – 20+ feet up.

Product does what it is suppose to…..you need about 4 wand extensions to do the gutters right on an older home…..

This is a great tool for cleaning gutters.I have a one story and works great.

Pipe sections need to be longer. As is, it is only good for one story homes. Due to the short sections of pipe and the quantity of pipes needed for a two story home, the system is unstable.

Easy to use and it’s made of very durable material so I can use it for many years to come

Best $40 I ever spent. Works great. No ladders needed.

Overall this is a good accessory and I use it often. It’s a good thing it extends as long as it does because I sometimes need to hook it or wrap it around something due to it’s tendency to “slinky”, that is, it will slide off the bench while in use because of it’s flexibility and weight. Somewhat frustrating, but manageable. I bought it because it has an air valve. The ONLY Rigid product that allows suction control which is essential to operate properly.

tubes have latching mechanism, easy to use and assemble. well spent $ for the extra feature to my old shop vac (2in1 6.25hp 2.25 hose dia)

Works great. I used it for suction on a rigid approximately 14 gallon. It is slow but safer than up on a ladder or roof and no mess.

This rig does a good job clearing leaves and debris from gutters. The pieces fit extremely tight, one tube could use a handle as when its a blower it produces a lot of torque. You can point the nozzle in the downspout and watch the debris blast out. Simple but effective.

First issue is that this 2 &1/2 inch product doesn’t flange up with those Rigid shop vacs that have a 1 & 7/8 inch hose without buying an adapter, which you can get only by buying a 2 & 1/2 inch hose, which comes with that adapter. So more expense. It is annoying that it takes a lot of investigation to figure out which hose size you even have on your vacuum because it isn’t spelled out on the packaging or even in the operating manual and they don’t tell you where to measure, and a standard 1 & 7/8 inch hose measures 2 &1/2 inch at the vacuum inlet! If your vacuum came sized with a 2 &1/2 inch hose, you can ignore this. Once you finally have all the parts to make the gutter cleaning kit parts fit with your vacuum, how does it work? It is very awkward to use in my opinion. I finally brought out the ladder so that I could see what was going on. My issues isn’t leaves but rather grit from the asbestos shingles and it was missing too much of the accumulated mess working from the ground. So I should have just started out on the ladder and just gotten a hose extension. The ideal is good but the results were disappointing in my case.

The package came on time and intact. My only point of confusion was that the intermediary component between the tube and bent tube was already attached and would not fit with my RIDGID hose. Fiddling with it revealed that it was removable and I was able to connect it all just fine. While using it, a considerable amount of debris was blown out of the gutters (and raining on me), and while it is hard for me to tell just how much was cleared out, I find it better than getting up on a ladder and risking injury from a fall.
