Anyone who uses a table saw or miter saw frequently will find the JawStand indispensible. This tool improves the concept of the traditional roller stand and adds extra features to create a work support stand, unmatched for the price. The low-friction slides on the top of the stand allow work to pass over it in a straight path. Traditional rollers tend to pull the work off line, away from a fence or guide, leading to inaccurate cuts. The head bevels a full 90°. Built in to the tilting head is a work clamp, capable of holding material up to 1 in. wide. The JawStand does a great job at holding a door in place for hanging, or using a 2 x 4 brace to support crown molding while hanging it. The JawStand is more than just a stand it is an extra hand.
- Compact and portable holding, clamping and supporting work stand
- Low friction slides feed work in a straight path
- Built-in clamp acts as a second set of hands
- Bubble indicator for leveling
- Completely portable and easy to store
- Head bevels a full 90°

This is well designed and a great idea. It is very sturdy, well built. I have two complaints, however. They put plastic knobs on their tools to tighten things instead of metal handles. The biggest issue for me is that the vise is a very small clamping mechanism that has very limited use. I wish they would charge a bit more and put a real vise on it.

The Jawstand built very solid and safe. It helps me to work alone without anyone help to hold a heavy pcs of wood.My unit come with yellow color of knob (looks cheap and fragile), it does not looks the same as shown in the picture (black). The unit is not comfortable to adjust the height after adjust knob is complete removed. I need to stand on its two legs and pull up around 40 ponds with rotate the top.The clamp is below average, looks weak also. Suggest to improve.Other than these issues, the stand is still my best friend.

This a very useful piece of equipment. It took the place of needing a helper when working with large projects.

A well made Rockwell product as expected. It needs some more engineering to be useful for cabinet installation. As stated, it does not go up high enough and the base is too wide to get a cabinet underneath it to rest tight against a wall. I was able to construct a crude jig (IDEA here Rockwell) that allowed me to properly install my cabinets. I do give it 3 stars because it’s a quality tool that has so many other uses for a 1 man handyman.

I have had Jawstand for a few months and the stand is amazing. Jawstand is sturdy and provides extra support. No need for extra helpers when you got a Rockwell Jawstand.

My wife saw these on display an told me that we needed to get a pair of them. Am I ever glad we did whenever we are working with long wood we use them for extra support, third hands, or to just hold boards together. I do wish that jaw clamp was a little more substantial but it does work well.

Excellent quality sturdy and fully adjustable. There is a small clamp in the jaws to hold the project in Place. Wish I would have know about this a few years ago. It really would have helped me do a multiple about of task
