I was VERY skeptical about buying Toast 19 after reading the numerous poor reviews on various websites. However, I needed software that provides the functionality of Toast and I saw it was on sale….so, I took a BIG leap of faith and bought the product anyway. I’ve only tested a few features Toast 19 so far, like creating audio CDs and data disc, but they worked fine for me. Note: I have a M1 Mac Mini running Big Sur 11.5.2. Also, I didn’t install the software from the DVD that came with the boxed version. Instead, I went online and downloaded the latest version directly from Roxio’s website. I just used the authentication code from the packaged software that I received from B&H. I’ve used various version of Toast on my other machines and haven’t had major issues. That’s why I was disappointed to see so many bad reviews on the later versions of Toast. For me…for now…I’m happy!
