This product lives up to it’s reputation. It fully heat resistant and the spatula is firm enough to break up clumps of rice and semi-frozen meat but flexible enough to flip fried eggs. This one is a little bigger for most home use (as it’s intended for commercial) and I may buy the smalled 9 1/2 inch version to supplement it.
