I only needed this for 2 holes in ceramic tile. Good thing cause that’s about all it is good for, but that is why I only bought a cheap drill. Even using water most of the abrasive was gone after 2 holes but if that’s all you need its worth it. Got what I needed and paid for. 🙂

Bought the set with the drill guide. May look like a toy, but works great. Tape attaches drill guide to tile and is easily centered on markings. Water keeps the drill cool. Take your time with slow speed and low pressure and nothing will crack.Would buy again.

we use these mostly in bathrooms to drill threw porcelain tiles so the fixture guys can mount their stuff. these give a clean cut threw very hard tempered tiles . price is low enough to keep 3-4 on hand .

10 holes through porcelain tile and still going strong.

you’ll need a guide and keep the bit wet!

Works as advertised. Made drilling through porcelain tile much easier than using a carbide bit and having it dull quickly. Don’t forget to use water on the diamond bit to keep it cool, and don’t run your drill at max speed to prolong the tool life.

I used this to drill twice through 1 1/4 in. granite. I did not use it in a water jig. It worked, and the bit is fine. Granted, it takes time and you have to go slow. You have to wet the drill bit, start the hole, drill a bit, stop, wet the drill bit, go back to drilling, repeat, repeat, repeat, etc.Considering what I paid for the bit, this is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made at this store.

Best tile drill bit hands down. Economical and very effective. Drilled 8 holes through 3/8″ tiles and still have plenty of bite left. Stumbled across this gem after gotten frustrated by all the other tile, glass, and masonry bits, which don’t work well and each barely last through 2-3 holes.

Follow the online video. Easy to start the hole and drill right thru the tile. Keep bit clean and wet with a spray bottle of water. Drills through tile in a matter of minutes. Amazing.

OK for a cheap bit. Not too good for deep holes in concrete. Probably OK for tile.
