Pump works relatively well. The tile saw should have a better attachment area for pump. Didn’t realize I needed pump till I had saw home. Pump works as designed to with saw

Needed a new pump and did not want to spend $$$ on a new one as this is a back up brick/tile wet saw. Grab this one thinking if it does not work I’m not out much. It did the job fine. Actually had to turn down the flow rate. Good little pump.

Had to return. It was not big enough for my project. But nice process for ordering, picking up and returning.

Very easy to use. Each time I completely emptied the water basin in the wet saw and cleaned it out I would have to pull the tube off of the pump and put it back on for it to suction water out.

First and foremost, I do not use this pump for its itended purpose. Ive used it for an organic hydroponics experiment for 6 months, as the sump pump for my ornamental fish aquaponics setup, and now as the main pump for filling my grow bed. I’ve had it over a year and its still going strong. For $18, it just simply cannot be beat. Mine has been operating in lightly salted water 24/7 for 6 months, and it gives about 4ft of head height, although dont expect a lot of flow at that range.

I buy these to make my own water filter systems for my terrarium (reptile aquarium) in particular turtles. I ended up removing the filter media inside this pump just because I make my own water filters out of old tin cans / 2″ PVC pipe. Anyways the reason I am stating that is because they have been going strong for a month and half so I’m sure a little work here and there for tile work it will keep going.I will continue buying these pumps until I find something better but for my purpose and builds these are the only pumps that currently work well.Something else to note if you use it like I do, you have to submerge the pump in water inside the aquarium so the reptile may not like it. Mine like to sit on it and just bask in the light.
