Useful tool for price. Center plate around bit needs more than two hold-down screws for accurate leveling adjustment. Worked well with my old Craftsman router.

I love it makes it a lot easier for me I was working

Love this table! It is longer, sturdier and more solid than the other portables I have used. Love that I can hook up a vacuum to it.

Has all the features needed. The only improvement I would like is more feather boards. Excellent table

I was in the market to upgrade my inherited router table from the 1960s. Of all the choices on the market today, the decision was not easy. All the features, attachments, and other bells and whistles are tempting and sometimes confusing. This Ryobi doesn’t have some of the features of the top end models. But what sold me on it was the table size. Of all the units I researched Ryobi has the largest platform to support the work yet is still compact enough not to be cumbersome. The assembly out of the box was straight forward and easy to understand. It has provisions for mounting several makes of routers, easy to adjust fence, and a dual plug power socket that allows you to plug in a shop vac for dust collection. Both outlets are controlled by the same switch, which is conveniently mounted. The rulers that are printed on the table are fairly accurate. About the only disappointment was that there is only one featherboard included. Two would have been nice. Overall this is a good value for the price that will last a long time and perform well for the beginner or occasional woodworker who is looking for quality product that wont break the bank.

You get what you pay for. Assembly was straightforward and the manual clear. It has all the usual functions and adjustments but lacking precision. I gave up trying to get the infeed fence and outfield fence adjusted for a precise, simple straight cut, removed the whole fence assembly (which took the cutter guard with it, so no vac port) and clamped on a straight edge. Also, it has guards under the table that impede access to the router when changing bits, if you want to do it without removing the router/mounting plate. Don’t know what they guard against.

Happy I purchased this to go with my entry level fixed ryobi router. Like most ryobi stuff, does everything you need it to, just on a budget. The plate required shims to flatten out, and most of the table is made of plastic or mdf, which is all you can expect at this price. Power switch works well, great for making lots of repeatable roundover cuts and rabbets.

The unconventional plate makes it hard to use it in a different set up down the road. I don’t think the inserts are standard either. BUT, I love the fence. The pass through port is smaller than some but that’s one way of keeping your dust collector from clogging up with too big of a chunk going through. The left side of the fence has a set screw in the middle that allows you to advance the fence slightly so that you can use the fence like a jointer surface. The 1-star reviews all complained about the uneven fence. I have to think they didn’t loosen that knob and push the fence all the way back to make both sides even. I love this feature and I’ve used it many times.

If you own a base router, then having a table is a MUST, actually I think its an absolute must. This table is sturdy, very easy to assemble ( less than 10 minutes), and there are videos on youtube to show how as well. However, the one drawback is the dust. Even when hooked to a shop vac it will still have a considerable amount of dust to clean up after use. For me thats a minor setback but worth noting. Overall excellent table, because it works great and its not oversized. It can be used as is or attacked to a work bench. Well done Ryobi, well done.

I made some Modifications to it to give the Bed a stronger Back bone so it does not get a BOW in the center of the Bed took parts from my Old Ryobi router table and used on this one . . . And Had to move the Switch to the other end of table . I Have OLD BLACK & Decker the Adjustment was directly behind where the Switch was at . . But Now it works really Well already Made a Cupboard Door with it !

I bought this about 6-8 weeks ago to elp on shiplack I am putting on ceiling in my A-frame to get away from the white walls. Some of the edges on top of A-frame are not at right angle to glue/nail the pieces in and used router for putting camfers at bottom and they contour to the ceiling to give it a crisp straight look. Used again for floor/wall mouldings in house to cut out a recess to fit the door frame pieces in- Wit a few different bits you can do amazing things on this router table. All my new power tools are Ryobi- just bought a saw table for rest of projects– floor- … These tools have never let me down.
