I used this to take out a stripped bolt from my car and a lag bolt that was embedded into some wood, the tool work great I am very happy with my purchase. I would have given it a five but the recommended bit size to use for the correlating extractor was one size bigger than what was really needed, again great tool just keep that in mind when using it start with a little smaller of a bit size than the recommended one.

the extractor works just like it’s supposed to. Very good quality and durability.

These do work. But they have some faults. For them to work you have to drill out the screw to a depth of more than 1/4″. Then hammer to bit in hard enough that it holds like a nail. Then comes their major flaw; the flatten portion of the shaft is tiny. Had to resort to a combination adjustable/ locking wrench and make sure I was not past the flattened portion.
