This the second one of these I have owned. I gave my old blue version to my father and he is still using it. The only thing I wish it had was a speed variable dial. For the price this is an excellent piece of equipment

Easy set up and belt change. Have only used it once since my purchase. It will definitely do the work for the primary need I have. My own creativity will be the test of projects yet to come.

If you are a DIY person this is the tool for you. It it will save you lost of time than having to hand sand things. The best part of this tool is that it heavy and does not move. You can run through 100s of wood pieces through it very quickly. Its a time saver. Take a look at the video below. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zRNj7gd6y70

Had to sand 85 spindles for porch railing. Made quick work of job and sanded perfect. Belts ran true with just minor adjustment. Belt replacement was a snap. Fairly quiet with minimal vibration.

Good for the money. Home hobby use only. Miter gauge and work table are cheap and flimsy. Needed to add a shim washer to get the miter table to align properly.

Its okay for light work and small to medium jobs, but I wouldn’t have this running constant for more than an hour or so, If that. After maybe 20-30 mins use you can feel the heat radiating off of the gear box. The main issue i have is that the belt runs against the right side no matter what you do, even after moving it the belt slides to that same spot once turned on. So I reccomend having an extra belt or two in whatever grit you use most on hand just in case. Annoying for sure but can be overlooked if you only need a few minutes use out of it at a time. There’s a guard you’re supposed to install over the belt and when you do its either too tight and keeps the belt and disc from spinning or, the belt runs against it so you’re sanding a metal plate aswell as your piece of stock..Instructions are also terrible, not helpful in the least. I put it together by following the picture on the box and have an extra piece i don’t even know what to do with so heres hoping its not important.

I had been looking for a sander that I didn’t have to hold in my arthritic hand. This will work wonderfully for me.

Good sander for the price. The brace on the belt sander flexes a little but not bad. Otherwise does the job well.

Probably a good buy for the money! Seems to have adequate power and solid construction. Belt tracks really well in the horizontal, haven’t used the vertical. Belt and disk speed are positive.Very satisfied so far.

I bought this a few weeks ago not sure if I would get much use out of it, but now that I have it I can’t stop using it for every little thing. I would definitely buy again knowing now how much use I get out of it.

Bought is for when my Ryobi palm sander just isn’t enough. Mounted to 3/4 inch board and clamped to bench which allowed me to utilize its full potential.Really enjoy this tool.

it work great for me. It was easy to setup.

This is a pretty good product for small projects. One item that could be better is the support and alignment of the horizontal surface plate for using the disk sander. It is a bit cumbersome to get exactly at 90 degrees.

Used this for a dozen or more times to do minor finishing work, and it seems to do just fine. 4/5 stars because the manual is not at all clear about how/what parts to use to replace the sanding disc, and because the degree marks on the protractor are inaccurate (use a square to align guides properly). The adjustment from horizontal band sanding to vertical is a little time-consuming and involved. Would buy again (if I ever needed two).
