I bought this to replace a Rigid sander that broke on me. While not as big and powerful as the sander that it was bought to replace, it is definitely quite capable of handling the sanding jobs that I need it for. You can not push down hard on it or you will overload and stop it, but at this price point it operates as it should. Unpacking and setup was easy. I was able to bolt this down to my work bench with 1/4 20 bolts and hook it up to my dust collection system . Overall this is a very nice machine and I would recommend it to anyone.

I purchased this sander because I was fabricating new kitchen countertops. The sander made the job much easier. It produced precise edges and joints. I was very pleased with the way the new countertops came out

I have had this sander for a couple of years now and use it frequently for small craft and other wood working projects. So far the sander has performed well with no malfunctions. Belt changes are super easy. I would give it five stars except the dust collection is not the best even with a vacuum connected to the dust port.

Good value. Easy to set up, except circular sander table, which is also pretty flimsy. Good power, easy to change belt.

Great sander. Lots of power, removes a lot of wood with the belt or disk.

Easy setup, easy mounting, easy to switch out sandpaper. This upgrade has made my woodworking so much easier. Suspect port is appropriate size for the mess it makes. Very happy

Having both the belt and disc sander opened up a lot of versatility for me, especially with the belt being able to move and be positioned. The hose connection is good for dust collection

Started using the sander the first night I had it, did the job I needed in a short time. You might want to add a clip holder for the hex wrench.

The Ryobi sander for a fantastic job for me. I make wooden toys and have lots of small parts to sand prior to assembly. This sander is easy to operate and cuts my sanding time considerably. Belt changing is quick and easy as well as the track adjustments. Peeling off the six inch sanding disk is not as easy as I would like but not hard enough to lower my overall score. Great machine for a novice Grandpa Woodcrafter.
