When shopping online, I saw the photos of this product included a pic of a soft carrying case for this drill. I was surprised to discover after purchasing that the soft case is not included. This is very clearly false advertising. The drill works OK, considering the price point. It certainly is not the best hammer drill I’ve ever worked with, but it does the job, requiring a bit more elbow grease than other models might.
