Perfect addition to my collection of tools. Nice to be able to go right at mounting on the garage walls now.

Installing 4×4 posts in concrete for an outdoor shower, this tool was the right one for the job, and made the usual drilling task easy.

This Ryobi drill is corded. I have a number of other battery powered tools from Ryobi and they’ve all been excellent, and have held up over the years wonderfully. This 5/8th corded drill is big and beefy and I love it. It’s already seen some serious use by me in it’s use on the construction of a large swinging gate on my double garage… I don’t think the DIYer can go wrong with Ryobi.

drilled holes quickly in HCB.

Very surprised by its ability. For it’s size and cost it does very well in hammer mode. Drilled and screwed several tapcons in concrete block wall for conduit with no prob. I burnt up a black n decker bigger roto drill. This was impressive.

I bought this tool after the Christmas holiday’s. I needed the hammer drill feature to frame up an old shed (used to be a chicken coop) and drill into the cement floor. I need to add new walls. The old coop had posts for supports with aluminum panels. Going to frame up new walls and use plywood panels instead.

Strong drill for the cost, impressed with the power. I’ve been using this for drilling into cement and its working great. Keep in mind, this is for a 1x smaller project. Unsure if this is your drill if you are doing extensive hammer drilling over a period of time.

I replaced an old B&D drill. The Ryobi is heavier but more powerful. Happy with my purchase but a few comments: had to return the first tool because the chuck key was missing. The replacement tool lacked the user manual…. Seems as if the Finsl Qyality Control is missing focus….

I needed a good hammer drill on short notice to drill a 1 inch diameter hole through a foot of brick and concrete. The Ryobi performed flawlessly and at a reasonable cost. It is now an integral option to my tool arsenal.

Had to drill through bathroom tile for a shower door install. Using this hammer drill saved me over and hour drilling 6 holes. Went through like butter.

I had to drill 14 holes into old concrete for a driveway fence. 4 1/2” holes for anchors. This tool did the trick and was easy to use. Keep it up Ryobi!
