RYOBI introduces the 10 in. Drill Press with Laser. This tabletop 10 in. drill press features a 1/4 HP induction motor offering five speed settings supplying 620-3100 no-load RPM to complete a variety of drilling procedures. A depth stop ensures the drill bit descends to a preset level while the work table swivels 360° and tilts up to 45°. It’s outfitted with an LED light to illuminate the work area and features an EXACTLINE Laser Alignment System to precisely execute drilling maneuvers with every turn of the feed handle. Backed by the RYOBI 3-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty, the 10 in. Drill Press with EXACTLINE Laser Alignment System includes a hex wrench, a chuck key, and an operator’s manual.

Not sure this is any better than a less expensive cersion from a major store that sells chinese tools. Assembly instructions are poor at best, but not too hard to figure out. Table doesn’t lock well, table height adjustment is rough. I’m keeping it though, since this is my first drill pressx

The drill press itself works well and does exactly what I need. However, when I received the drill press it was missing a feed handle and the depth gauge was broke off completely. I was sent a new feed handle that did not match the other two handles, but it works.

Solid. Love the work light and laser “target.” When initially put together, there was too much “play” in the table assembly. A call to customer service and a replacement table was on its way…received three days later. Replacement worked well…looking forward to many years of use.

Takes a bit to set up. Go slow and get it right. Has more features than expected. So I give it 5 stars … function vs price. Note that the depth is a limiting factor. Could not go through 4 boards as I had hoped. Just found another means to complete my task. Looking forward to drilling metal and plastic pipe.

have used for two months now the only thing i need to do is make a larger templet to hold parts for drilling, the plate is strong so should not have any problem mounting the jig im making, chuck key holder broke first day very cheep plastic , replaced with a magnet now its great for holding chuck, very easy to put together and works great no problems at all , found i like one handle instead of three others gust get in my way the far one rotates one stroke perfect for me. was told the stop ring for cut depth was plastic and brakes i have no problem with it but i don’t try an force it at end of stroke maybe thats the problem with some users , over all i would buy this press again in a heart beat.
