This thing sticks to nearly anything. Yes it has to be flat enough to hold a vacuum….it’s not magical. Just turn it on, hold it close, level the bubble and touch it to the surface and you’re set. Runs forever and has all sorts of uses. 20′ range at least. Sent the wife for a laser and she came home with this. I was upset, but didn’t want to take the time to drive back and return it. First use and I was impressed with the vacuums ability. I use it much more than a standard laser .

Easy to use, with the adapter seal it has worked on all the surfaces I have needed it on. Great for hanging pictures. Not so good for laying out tile. I would suggest an auto leveling laser with tripod for that.

I bought this tool to help me put frames on a wall, that has turned into a focal point in our dining room. It’s accurate and works great even on semi smooth surfaces. I wish it had a second level to use as a cross reference on opposite wall for example. Overall I’d recommend for the value and it’s a great purchase.

Great value for the price in my opinion! When the laser is no it makes a continuous buzzing sound which is quite annoying, also it will not stick to the wall without the foam insert included, do not loose it! I wonder if RYOBI sells extra inserts… Anyway, this is the way to go without having to over spend on a quick job or two.

I bought this and wasnt sure about it at first. I absolutely love it and not sure how i didnt get one sooner. Very easy to use mount, great to free your hands without leaving any marks when you take it off. Laser light is great could see it down my whole garage wall.
