Several weeks ago I managed to fall and did some damage to my wrist. I have multiple cordless drills. However, they were now far too heavy to use. So I started looking for a lightweight but durable drill that I could use. The Ryobi unit fits right in to what I need. It also came with a three-year warranty which is very impressive. I have used it now for several hours and am impressed with how long the electric charge lasts. I doubt that it would be robust enough for large projects but then I did not buy it for that.

This is just the right tool when the 18V drill/driver is overkill, and a regular screwdriver is too slow. Keep it handy, and you’ll use it all the time. It came with two bits; would like to see a clip somewhere on the tool to keep the one not-in-use handy.
