Works good but batteries don’t last as long as estimated

I love my electric mower. However, I wish I had known that it took both batteries to run. It states you get about forty mins per charge, and I assumed I would have two batteries with two forty minute charges. But you get one set. I was unable to finish the lawn on one charge. I had to go out and purchase an extra set of batteries as well as an additional charger. Otherwise this is a great purchase and the mower does a great job. I will make sure to buy a bigger one next time 😉

I was tired of buying gas, and trying to maintain my landlord’s tiny gas powered mower, so, I decided to try this 18 volt One+ mower, and have grown to love it. Maintenance is quite easy: I keep it tucked away in my garage when not in use, wash it down with a hose after every use, and sharpen the blade once a year. One of the hub caps popped off the 1st week I had it, and the foam on the handles doesn’t last very long, but having one lever to raise and lower the deck is great. If I mow my lawn every two weeks, it only takes about 1-1/2 4 aH batteries. If I let the lawn go for a whole month, then I use a 6 aH in tandem with a 4aH battery, and this mower really mows it all down! I have been very happy with it, and hope that it will last as long as my Ryobi One+ drills and other tools.

About a month ago I replaced my old dewalt cordless and I am thankful that I have this one! The batteries are interchangeable with all the Ryobi tools!

I only wish the batteries lasted longer.

I have a small yard so I don’t need a big mower. This is lightweight and turns easily. Battery life isn’t wonderful – but its take care of the yard.Probably 20-30 minutes of mowing time. Previously had plug in mower – and this is so much better. No extension cords to accidentally run over. Also handles fold down for easy storage – doesn’t take up much room in the shed.

It was exactly what I needed for my small front yard. (24’ x 24’). It could certainly handle a larger yard though. I was glad this less expensive ‘tool only’ (no-battery included) option was available as I already had the necessary battery.

It’s small. But easy to use. Wish it had a little more power and life but I wanted to go battery powered and I wanted to use the Ryobi 18V one system. This is the best option.

I bought this recently and so far it cuts the lawn great, the two 4AH batteries last about 30-45 minutes depending how much you start and stop. Make sure you hold down the handles to get it started. My only complaint is that I received what appears to be an older model than what was pictured – the batteries in mine stack instead of being inserted side-by-side.

Great but rear skirt broke after one week however it’s an excellent machine for a small lot I use it as a vacuum in the driveway don’t be stupid it’s not gonna do 12 or 3 ages

It’s a nice mower but the battery’s only last about 30 minutes? I have a .25 acre lot. I have to stop often to clear out the underside or use the small bag, which needs to be emptied often and pretty much have to keep it on the higher settings. It takes me forever to get the grass cut.

I am very pleased with this product. However, I wish the battery life was longer but the extra battery helps.

I bought this mower a month ago and it works great! I have about a 20×30 yard and it’s the perfect size, not to big and not to small. Love that I can use the 18V battery that I have with my other Ryobi tools. Highly recommend. Only downside for me is I thought the handle folded and collapsed flat on the mower but the handle sort of stays up a bit, but that’s a minor issue.
