There is a part in the back that looks like a flap to keep grass from shooting out. Well that piece broke off after 1 week. The mower still works fine, but I need 4 3ah batteries to mow my 1/7 of an acre yard.

I love this lawnmower, I fired the Gardner and took over the yard upkeep. I borrowed my daughter’s lawnmower completed good maintenance on it order a new blade and I hated it. It was big, heavy, and loud and hard to turn as needed. I own many Ryobi tools and have been very happy with the performance of Ryobi tools. Looked online and found this 16″ mower I was concern about the size being a man I wanted big and bad. I purchase the mower and love it my neighbors do not even know when I am cutting the lawns. I now mow my lawns every week and the lawns never looked so good. This unit folds up I prop it against the wall so it’s out of the way, battery life is more than enough. I can also use the battery on my older tools as my other batteries are very old.
