Brad nailer really made a tongue and groove installation easy. Worked perfectly, after testing one piece, all the brads seated to the perfect depth.

The Ryobi 18ga nailer is wonderful. Very few jams and easy to clear. The nailer is light and easy to use. I would recommend this nailer.

I’ve been using Ryobi since 18 volt came out great product! Still using my original screw gun in my motorhome so when I go I’ve got it in case I need it on the road, just grab some batteries and I have a spare charger in there.

Bought as a Christmas gift so have not used it yet. We really like the Ryobi brand so I expect these to no different.

This combo arrived 2 days after ordering. The drill is lighter than my Rigid hammer drill so for light duty this might do the trick. The nail gun was used the very next day for a trim job. The first brad went in as expected, but the second was a misfire and stuck out and bent. After removing the jam, I needed to pull the battery to reset the gun. After that it put the next 3 in with ease.

I read the reviews and I was a little cautious, but Home Depot has a good return policy. Being a retired professional I will give you my take. The air gun worked great as long as you stay within the limits for what it was designed. For interior trim work and for soft woods like yellow and white pine and finger joint woods of about 3/4″ thick it will work great. And give each shot a few seconds for the tool to get a chance to recover for the next shot, remember it not hooked up to a 110 lb air hose and compressor. For hard woods like oak and mahogany, upgrade to a gun that can shoot a heavier 16 gauge nail. For hanging doors move up to a gun that can use a size 8 finish nail. I know most people buy a gun thinking that it can do it all. There is no such animal yet. Sure you can make the door stay upright, but it won’t last long. As for the drill, it works for everyday work at home. If your going to be drilling 3″ screws all day long and drilling out doors or decks, get 24 volts.

Drill works well. Lightweight and powerful. Brad nailer works as expected. A bit of a learning curve to use as it reacts differently than my previous nailer. Other than that, it works great. I would recommend it to all.

I have been a Ryobi fan for years. Owning several that run on the same battery makes sense.

I really enjoy this set. I have used the drill continuously since purchasing. I think I overestimated the effectiveness of the “driver”, but it still is great. Battery life is great. I built a dining table with one battery, and even finished a couple of projects before it actually died.
