IntelliPort Technology allows users to maximize battery life while requiring less charging time than standard chargers. Featuring a 2 Amp USB Port allows users to charge smart devices while charging ONE+ batteries. The indicator lights show the battery and port status as batteries are charged and maintained. The charger includes sensors to determine whether your batteries are either too hot or too cold to charge and alert you with temperature indicator lights. Love having all my batteries ready to go. Tip: put it on a push timer and hit it when you load up the batteries. Next day, charger turns off and saves you energy. I feel better about it that way although the charger is designed to stay plugged in all the time of yoh wish.

Don’t know how I put up with fumbling around with my various batteries for my Ryobi tools up til now! A contant pain trying to keep track of what I’d already charged and what needed charged, plus batteries all over the workbench. With this charger, I know exactly where they are, and that they’re all being maintained in a constant state of charge without being overcharged. Takes up much less space than the previous charger and loose batteries all over the place. This is one of the best Ryobi tools I’ve ever bought!

If you have a lot of 18v+ tools, you need this. I find the dual chemistry charger works fast, but still, swapping out batteries, can be a pain. This will take care of six at a time. One thing to keep in mind is it won’t charge all at once. It charges one at a time, then automatically moves to the next. At least you don’t have to baby sit them when you have a few to charge.

While I like that I can keep 6 batteries charged this unit does not charge all batteries at once. I charges them one at a time no matter how many are plugged in. So if you are wanting to charge multiple batteries at once you are better off with separate charging units.
