I’m going to presume that this device is doing what it is supposed to do. 110mph 410CFM sounds like a lot, but for my needs, it is insufficient. I have many trees that produce a lot of leaves and it really does not move them as efficiently as I had expected it would do. That may be my error in understanding how effective this device would be, but if you have a lot of leaves, you need a stronger one. Other than that, it is easy to assemble and use. I found that the high speed was the only thing that works at all for my needs. You have to keep pressing on the switch to keep it running at high speed, it will not lock “on.” This gets tiring. The same thing applies to the “blow” function that only works when your squeezing it. But, all in all, it works. I should have tried it out in the store before I bought it. It is acceptable, and might work well for some needs and for those people I recommend it. But not for heavy ongoing use.

A friend had this blower, and I was impressed with how quiet it was compared to my corded electric one…had to have one! I have always hated leaf blowers (sensitive ears) but needed one, and the model I had meant wearing earplugs to somewhat dull the loud, high-pitched whine. Not with this new Ryobi, I can ditch my earplugs…you could even converse with someone with this thing going. And the reduced noise level doesn’t come by sacrificing power, this thing is plenty powerful. No more leaf blower hate, at least not with my Ryobi!
