Bought this for multiple projects. First is the use with a chisel to remove mortar from a concrete surface for a rock facing repair. It worked great for that, the job was so much quicker and cleaner than using a hand chisel and the drill had all the power I needed. The second use is for driliing holes in rock for setting anchor bolts. Haven’t tried that yet but I have full confidence that it will work fine. Great value for the price and the ability to use the many Ryobi batteries that I already have sealed the deal.

I bought this about 6 weeks ago, was drilling for anchors on the house foundation, it worked great and didn’t have to drag out extension cords around the house to operate it. Also remodeling a bathroom, previously had tile floor, used the hammer mode to break/chisel the tiles out, for the new floor installation. Drilled and hammered out part of a large rock for a lighting project in the landscaping.

Great for small jobs but tried to use it to get stone off the front of my house that was put on over wire mesh & existing brick. Didn’t work. A hammer & chisel worked better. Good for smaller jobs though.
