I really appreciate 3 speed selections so you can match the speed to the task and materials. I’m always afraid that I’ll over torque a screw and either sink it too deeply or stripe out the material I’m screwing into. This eliminates that possibility if you start low and if that isn’t enough, bump it up to the next speed ’til it reaches the desired depth. Fantastic!

This impact driver is ok, but I don’t see the need for three speeds. That’s my only complaint about it. My old blue Ryobi impact driver has only one speed, and it works fine. Why complicate it? It just makes it more expensive and not necessarily better.
