It produces 150 ft./lbs. of torque and up to 3,400 impacts per minute allowing you to use this tool for a variety of automotive applications. This tool features a 3-speed selector switch and tri-beam LED lights for work space visibility. The 3/8 in. size is common and works with most sockets. Best of all, it is part of the RYOBI ONE+ System of over 175 Cordless Tools that all work on the same battery platform. I bought this after I moved and didn’t have access to an air compressor. It’s been amazing. I’ve dropped it, gotten it wet, and it just keeps going. I take it to the junkyard all the time, and it never fails me.The little 2ah battery is good, but I recommend getting a 4ah battery for more regular use, such as being a professional mechanic. More torque and longer use!

This thing works! I have several vehicles that I swap out snow wheels and tires on , takes lug nuts of no problem and the torque it has is impressive. I have air drive ones also, but this is my favorite because it is so handy, the three setting are a plus.

I am 72 and I rotate our tires myself. This is my second one. I keep one in my shop and the new one in our travel trailer. I use it on my truck, my wife’s jeep, my tractor. On our vacation, we had a blow-out on our travel trailer and it was a pain. That is why I now have one in it. It makes the job go a lot faster and easier. Just make sure that you use impact rated sockets.

I got it brand new delivered to my house. Charged battery and just tried it no load just pulled the trigger lots of sparks and smells like it’s on fire. Is there a brake in period ? Is this normal or have I got a bad one. Looks great I hope it works. On high it acts like it shorts out and stops you have to let off and pull the trigger again.

It’s a good product, I thought it would have more torque to take off lug nuts but after further research pneumatic wrenches are better for that application. Still had to loosen by hand. Also, couldn’t order on line for pneumatic and closest store was 60 miles.
