I never used a buffer on any car to take off the wax, not sure why I waited so long! I was able to get this to most areas on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and it easily cut my time down by 3-4x what it would have taken me. I used a smaller battery and it worked just fine.

I used the bonnet to polish a clear plastic (headlights). The bonnet did its job and the headlights came out great. One important thing to note is that you will need a polishing liquid depending on what you are polishing.

I like the flexibility and price of this brand. The 10” orbital buffer makes waxing the car (almost) fun. It beats doing it by hand and you will be inclined to was more frequently, keeping your vehicle in better condition. Get a second set of pads and have in hand so your not caught short.

This buffer fleece Buffing Bonnet Set has 2 finishing systems due to one being a soft cotton and one being a soft wool, which has a slightly coarser feel. Both do their job very well. I am glad that I bought 2 packs.

The 10 inch orbital buffer works fine. The cloth buffers are a bear to get on and they don’t look like the photo when they are on the buffer. The padded area just covers the top.
