RYOBI introduces the 18-Volt ONE+ Lithium-Ion Cordless 1/4 Sheet Sander w/Dust Bag and Corner Cat Finish Sander (Tools Only). The ONE+ 1/4 Sheet Sander is great if used for a variety of finishing applications and its cordless convenience makes it easy to move from jobsite to jobsite or for DIY jobs anywhere around your home. It features a 1/4 sheet design that works with a majority of sandpapers and a lock on switch for easy operation. Its dust collection bag will keep your work surfaces clean, and its vacuum adaptor port will make clean up quick and easy (adaptor not included). With 12,000 RPMs and over 40 minutes of runtime, you will always have enough power to get the job done. The Corner Cat Finish Sander tool features a unique shape that allows sanding in tight spaces while delivering 11,000 orbits per minutes (OPM) for efficient stock removal. This unit is 23% more compact compared to the previous model (P400) and includes sample sandpaper to get you started. Best of all, it is part of the RYOBI ONE+ System of over 175 Cordless Tools that all work on the same battery platform. …this is NOT the saw to get.I was disappointed to learn this jigsaw does not com with the edge guide like it’s corded counterpart has at the same $70 price. Even if it did, the attachment point is too far behind the blade to be able to cut circles.Two improvements need to be made to this jigsaw:1. Include the edge guide. Perfect small/ detail router for trim/ small projects. Certainly doesn’t replace my fixed table or plunge router, but good for detail work. Lots of power and small size. Kind of awkward to hold but can be used one handed without too much hassle.1.5aH batteries were hit or miss, heavier battery (4ah) had no problem, but made the unit a little too heavy.for the price can’t beat it for what you get!
