RYOBI introduces the 18-Volt ONE+ Cordless Brushless 7-1/4 in. Circular Saw (Tool Only). The brushless motor provides longer runtime, more power and a longer motor life. The 7-1/4 in. blade provides a 26% increased cut capacity and blade variety. 0°-56° bevel cut allows the user the ability to cut the most common and complex angles. Best of all, it’s a part of the RYOBI ONE+ System of over 175 Cordless Tools that all work on the same battery platform. Backed by the RYOBI 3-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty, the 18-Volt ONE+ Circular Saw includes a 7-1/4 in. 24-tooth carbide-tipped blade, a blade wrench, and an operator’s manual. Battery and charger sold separately.

Lots more power than my 6.5″ saw (which I immediately got rid of) but also weighs more especially with 4Ah battery. Weight more comparable to good corded 7 1/4″ saw but no cord. Just so much easier than getting out my corded saw, hunting down extension cord, finding outlet, unplugging the right cord and then getting down to business. Getting rid of my 2 corded saws next.

Wow, night and day difference! Last month I upgraded to the Ryobi Brushless 7-1/4” Circular Saw from 6 yr old Ryobi 5-1/2” non-brushless model. So much more power, so much more cut, and only slightly larger. It’s like going from a trim toy to a real tool! Got it as the included Free Tool when buying the Brushless Tool Combo Kit. What a deal on such a great saw. Highly suggest you upgrade!
