Haven’t actually had a chance to use these yet (I bought 2) They are to replace a Ni-cad battery that does not like cold weather. These new Lithium batteries charge up with no problem. But, as a precaution I have bought them to the heated indoors rather than the un-heated garage.

We’re building a house in the hill country and needed something easier than a chainsaw to use to take down small-medium sized cedar trees. This is such an awesome tool and we went ahead and bought a weed eater that can use the battery too. The battery doesn’t always last as long as we want, but it really does a great job for what it is and the amount we’re pushing it especially the saw. Now even when we’re done clearing the of unwanted trees, and just need to trim tree limbs we’ll always have a solution.

Not really a review of the tool but a review for the Home Depot on Ford rd in canton in which I purchased it from. First off the tool functioned fine but upon unpack-aging it I noticed it was covered in reddish dust and had a used blade inside of it. I paid for a new tool not something used.
