RYOBI introduces the 18-Volt ONE+ Lithium-Ion Cordless Orbital Jig Saw and 1/4 Sheet Sander with Dust Bag (Tools Only). The Cordless Orbital Jig Saw provides cutting performance equivalent to a corded jig saw with the portable convenience of battery power. The SPEEDMATCH selector improves cut quality by allowing you to match the speed and orbital settings. A variable-speed dial lets you select between 1100 and 3000 strokes per minute and RYOBIs innovative BladeSaver feature allows access to unused teeth with the adjustable base, extending the blade life. The 1/4 Sheet Sander is great if used for a variety of finishing applications and its cordless convenience makes it easy to move from jobsite to jobsite or for DIY jobs anywhere. It features a 1/4 sheet design that works with a majority of sandpapers and a lock on switch. Its dust collection bag will keep your work surfaces clean, and its vacuum adaptor port will make clean up quick and easy (adaptor not included). With 12,000 RPMs and over 40 minutes of runtime, you will always have enough power. Best of all, it is part of the RYOBI ONE+ System of over 175 Cordless Tools that all work on the same battery platform. The unit is light and easy to handle. Takes some use to working with depth settings but that comes with time and use.

It needs the biggest battery you can buy to get any life from it. The handle can pop out of its position just be aware. I was sanding a fence, so I wasn’t horizontal but it surprised me how often it moved. The belt tends to deviate inward rubbing against the sander but I don’t care about that. It does remove wood as long as you have the power behind it! Good buy

No complaints. Auto blade guard is a minor annoyance, but not a big deal. Wish there was a way to lock it open for experienced woodworkers. Took about 16 feet of 3/8 inch x 2 inch off and battery was drained very little (I use the big ONE+ battery). Very nice to not have a power cord.

This finish sander is such an improvement to my old corded sander. It does an amazing job for the price. It’s quieter and less fatiguing to use. And i must say that the dust control acutally works, even without a vacuum hose attached. A truly cordless sander that works, period!

Great tool, I abuse of this tool the first time I use and respond very well, sharp blades. The only bad is the edge fence included the tighter screw get damaged immediately but the tool is amazing
