RYOBI introduces the 18-Volt ONE+ Cordless Orbital Jig Saw, Cordless Fixed Base Trim Router with Tool Free Depth Adjustment, and Cordless 3-1/4 in. Planer (Tools Only). The SPEEDMATCH selector on the Orbital Jig Saw improves cut quality by allowing you to match the speed and orbital settings for a wide array of materials. A separate variable-speed dial lets you select between 1100 and 3000 SPM and innovative BladeSaver feature allows access to unused teeth with the adjustable base. The Cordless Trim Router allows for the perfect edge with the correct router bit and optional woodworking base. With 29,000 RPM, it trims quickly and efficiently. The router features a compact design for fine routing. The Cordless Planer has an incredible 3 in to 1/4 in. cut width and up to 1/16 in. cutting depth per pass. The Cordless 3-1/4 in. Planer features an automatic kickstand and has a convenient on-board blade wrench storage. The dual left or right chip exhaust also lets you choose what you are most comfortable with. Best of all, it is part of the RYOBI ONE+ System of over 175 Cordless Tools that all work on the same battery platform. Backed by the RYOBI 3-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty, this kit includes the Orbital Jig Saw with a wood cutting blade and an Allen wrench, the Fixed Base Trim Router with a collet wrench, and the 3-1/4 in. …this is NOT the saw to get.I was disappointed to learn this jigsaw does not com with the edge guide like it’s corded counterpart has at the same $70 price. Even if it did, the attachment point is too far behind the blade to be able to cut circles.Two improvements need to be made to this jigsaw:1. Include the edge guide. ( like it’s corded counterpart has at the same $70 price ) 2. Move the attachment point for the edge guide in front of the blade. ( like it’s corded counterpart has at the same $70 price )

I have yet to use it so I can not give a solid review, the only thing I can say rite now is that it looks alot bigger in the pictures than what it really is, the construction seems very solid and based off the size and weight it to me would be very comfortable to use and easy to control/guide. I can say though that that is the 11th Ryobi +one tool I have bought, I absolutely would recommend them and have not had one complaint with them and also the fact that one battery fits every tool alone blows the rest of the competition out of the water!! I’ve used them all and the Ryobi’s are made with the same quality and toughness as all the high dollar big brands!!

I’m new to woodworking and got this in a kit. It was easy to plane some boards and the dust collection with a vacuum is really good. I used a 4Ah battery (non-hp) and it ate the battery really quickly. I get it’s a brushed tool so have another battery ready and you should be good. Overall I’m pretty happy with it.
