Using a router on a project can oftentimes add that finishing touch, like a rounded edge or flushing an edge but often dragging out the big heavy router and extension cord are just too much hassle. This little router is perfect for these kinds of jobs. It’s also really light with a small head so you can easily use it anywhere.It may not replace my big plunge router entirely but that router may never come out of the garage again.

This is a great tool- I was on the fence, but I’m glad I got it! My only complaint is that it’s difficult to find an edge guide for it. Otherwise, it’s fantastic for the price.

I have yet to use it so I can not give a solid review, the only thing I can say rite now is that it looks alot bigger in the pictures than what it really is, the construction seems very solid and based off the size and weight it to me would be very comfortable to use and easy to control/guide. I can say though that that is the 11th Ryobi +one tool I have bought, I absolutely would recommend them and have not had one complaint with them and also the fact that one battery fits every tool alone blows the rest of the competition out of the water!! I’ve used them all and the Ryobi’s are made with the same quality and toughness as all the high dollar big brands!!
