RYOBI introduces the 18-Volt ONE+ Lithium-Ion Cordless Hybrid Stereo with Bluetooth Wireless Technology and Hybrid Portable Fan (Tools Only). Hybrid functionality means it will never run out of power with the option of powering the stereo with an 18-Volt ONE+ battery or an extension cord (both sold separately). Stream music wirelessly from a Bluetooth enabled device or connect an audio player through its auxiliary port. AM and FM stations can also be tuned in via the digital display. A USB port allows you to charge smartphones, tablets, and other portable devices. The compact design of this 18-Volt ONE+ Hybrid Portable Fan enables easy portability, ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. Best of all, it is part of the RYOBI ONE+ System of over 175 Cordless Tools that all work on the same battery platform. Backed by the RYOBI 3-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty, this kit includes an 18-Volt ONE+ Hybrid Stereo with Bluetooth Wireless Technology with two AAA alkaline batteries, an aux-in cable, an 18-Volt ONE+ Hybrid Portable Fan, and operator’s manuals. I never would have bought these for myself but was totally happy to drop a hint and get it for Christmas. The fan is small and super useful for helping mud dry in corners without being a trip hazard. The radio is compact but sounds good and makes a good charging station for phones.

this vac is lightweight and easy to use. it allows me into small spaces. the reason for giving it an average rating is the suction power. i was expecting a better velocity. other than that i will continue to use it.

I would recommend this hand-held vacuum with qualifications. The parts are difficult to detach for a woman, especially an old woman like myself with arthritic hands. I actually had to use pliers to remove the filter and to access the dust compartment the first time. These parts appear to have loosened up a bit with use, but they are still difficult. (I previously had a similar vacuum of a different brand that was heads-and-tails easier to use than Ryobi’s version, but unfortunately they no longer make batteries for it.) Ryobi’s ONE+ batteries are convenient when it comes to charging and attaching to various tools, but they are a royal pain to remove from all Ryobi tools (including this one) for a woman, because our smaller hands do not provide the needed leverage. The whole point of having a hand-held vac is the convenience of being able to clean up small messes around the house without having to dig out my big vacuum cleaner, and this serves that purpose, but without the ease it should have, and could have, with a few design modifications. For a man using this vacuum to clean up workshop debris, this tool would be ideal. It has good suction, so I give it four stars for that.

As long as you have batteries first it is a great tool. No cords to worry about. Works well with adjustable wind blast. I recommend it highly.
