I have the 1/2 impact wrench already but i found myself always using the adaptor because most of the sockets i use are 3/8 drive, plenty of power for what i need, i was even able to loosen lugnuts with it. So far very happy with my purchase!

Good deal. Batteries do have the third (HP) contact, tools do not. Tools are lighter and more compact than earlier versions.The knurling on the drill is too abrasive, if you are used to tap the trigger to fasten the bit in the head beware. First time was painful!

Good basic/compact tool set.The batteries included are lithium one+. But the drill combo kit box picture says HP. ???? (I think the lowest HP battery is 3 ah, Not included).Regarding the third plate-contact in the battery, I was told by Ryobi that it’s suppose to make contact on the charger only, not the tool.

Great power & run time for a compact design!Draw back… Compact design.I’m left handed so that put your trigger finger on the reverse slide button. (Should made more finger room by moving the Fwd / Rev button higher on the drill.) Press trigger and puts the drill in reverse.Good back up drill.
