Got this for my son for Christmas. Gave it to him early so I could use it. We have been clearing some mesquite and other brush. This works great for that purpose and is light enough for me to use. I found this to be great cutting metal siding. The style siding I am installing it doesn’t cut all the way through the deep valleys but easily cuts without issues Works slick!! My only down fell is finding the blades in a single style. I had to buy a combo pack again to get a second metal cutting blade. (Still on first blade but wanted a back-up on hand.)

I’ve only used a couple of times so far and I’m really impressed. Had to cut 1/4″ stainless cable for a fence fix project, with the cut off tool it was 15 seconds or less to go through. Prior to having the cut off tool I used a hack saw for the same cut and it took 5 minutes or more. Simple operation, cuts both directions, two led lights, plenty of power, compact… well thought out tool!
