It did what I needed it to do, at a cost much lower than competitors. I am sure it won’t stand up to the same kind of use and abuse as more expensive saws, but I only needed it for cutting some tree branches and a couple of old 2×6″ boards for disposal and it did the job handily. I did need to also pick up some 9″ cutting blades for it, because the one provided is too small, but I figure those are parts that need replacing no matter how much you spend on the saw.
