Bought this trimmer at my local HD. It’s quite nice and easy to use, but it’s main feature is also it’s biggest flaw: the “Reel Easy” system.Instead of taking apart the head, you feed the line from the outside and use a crank to wind it into the head. They even tell you to avoid opening the head. Problem is, if you hit a fence or thick brush and your lines break at the head, it’s very difficult to open the head and fix this.Other than that, it has perfomed well in this jungle weather.

In the last month I have purchased three trimmers with not so good success. The first would not start out of the box. The second the spool feel off the shaft 1-hour into trimming. I am now on my 3rd trimmer keeping my fingers crosssed. Find trimmer very hard to pull to start. If this third one fails I will return andmove on to a different brand. 3 strikes your out rule
