The fit between the two nozzles is too loose which causes the front nozzle to unscrew and fly off. I fixed it with duct tape which is unsightly. The product works well but this design flaw needs to be fixed before I would recommend it to others.

Once you get it started, it’s amazing. Takes more pulls than I would expect… the start process is: Choke, Pull a couple/few times until it tries to start… half choke a couple times until it starts… fiddle with the choke again and it’s off to the races…. maybe in warmer weather and after a few runs it will be easier. But once going…….. dang! It’s the best hand held ever. And quieter than the others.
