It’s hard to start. Had to take to Home Depot to get checked for any issues. They said there was too much oil mixed in with the gas? My husband and I were super surprised because the directions at every clear about the ratio and we meticulously measured it out. Still a struggle for me to get started since you have to pull quick and pretty hard but at least we know it works. Kind of wish I got the electric one rather than gas.
