I’m moderately pleased with the way it cuts. The self-propel speed is somewhat tricky to adjust. It seems like its too light, and sometimes skip over some of the grass, but maybe it’s because I’m used to the older gas type. Works great overall, and the price was very good compared to everywhere else i searched. I’m pleased.

Plug it in and it cuts grass. Does not have a super amount of wind suction. The transmission is not calibrated well. I have to run it almost toward the lowest setting. If I don’t keep a low setting, it will lunge forward; it’s so light the more kind of jumps. It’s not super powerful. There is a 40 Volt lithium ion battery. Benefits? No smell because there is no gas or oil. Stores easily. There is a battery holding compartment under the top. I question whether one battery charge can carry the mower for a long time.

At 85 years old, this mower serves my purpose extremely well. We have 2/3 of an acre with some slopes to mow, and the Self-Propelled feature allows me to do it [I have a medical 20 pound lifting weight limit]. I take 2 days to mow – day1, mow half, recharge overnight, day 2, finish. Each half takes ~3/4 of the battery charge.

Starts right up. Cuts pretty well (not quite as clean as my Honda – but good enough.) Self propelled is a little slow to engage but works fine. Only used for about 6 cuts so far. Batter lasted fine for about 5,000 square feet of lawn. Happy so far! Stores great!

I bought this about two months ago. Done few moving since we are already in winter. As few folks mentioned it did stop when the surface is not even. I believe this happens to stop the blades being hit the floor due to slope nature of ground. My son loves it. No sound. No string to pull to get started. Will be using in full swing by spring time. Will update the review as well that time.
