This is a powerful little trimmer that does what I need it too. It is even able to take down some more woody weeds we have in our yard. My only complaint is there isn’t much battery life. You get maybe 20 minutes or so before it needs a charge. It’s not a huge problem, but it also isn’t enough to do the yard on a single charge.

It works well, although because the somewhat heavy battery is plugged in at the top of the trimmer, it’s a little unwieldy for me. (It’s my first time using such a tool!)

It was good while it lasted. But once the unit craps out, do not expect any warrant seryvice. I have been trying, and waiting, a week for Ryobi to call or email me back. Home Depot told me I have to call Ryobi first. Thanks for backing your products.

Works well. Two things that prevent 5 stars: 1. It blows through the battery quickly – even faster than the lawn mower.2. The string tends to need re-threading more or less every time I use it. It’s easy to do, but seems to happen more than one would expect.Well worth the money though.
