It’s a good blower, lightweight and powerful compared to their other 40volt blowers. The drawback I see is that the air intake is at the back and when walking and blowing it will pull your clothing against the grill and cut off airflow. We also bought the next size up blower from ryobi 307951512

Too weak to move a pile of leaves. Seems to work well on hard, flat surface for driveway or sidewalk. I would not recommend for homeowner with a large yard. It also eats batteries; batteries were quickly discharged when using this blower. My batteries are good and work well with my trimmer, edger, pole saw and hedge trimmer. Battery was dead after 15 minutes run time on the blower.

This leaf blower is lightweight and wonderfully balanced. It’s perfect for the small jobs I need it for. If you are doing a lot of leaf blowing the battery life may be too short for you but in my opinion not having to drag a cord around makes up for the shorter battery life.

I had mine for 4 1/2 years (5 year warranty) and it has always worked great. My problem is the switch failed and it’s been at the warranty place for four weeks now. No idea when it will be repaired. I’d buy another (don’t need a battery or charger, I have multiples) except they don’t seem to be available. My yard is in desperate need of cleanup. I miss it.
