Having downsized from 6 acres to less than 1, the Ryobi 40 volt system has exceeded expectations. Starting with a mower and then a trimmer, for me, this was a no-brainer – after all, I already had two batteries. This leaf blower is perfect for the small to medium sized yard. Nicely balanced. Snap in the battery, pull the trigger and it goes.

I have only had this for a few weeks but it works great and is strong. I like the way you can control the air speed gradually. Battery lasts plenty long for me to do the front and back and still enough battery to do the trimming.

I am asked if I would recommend and had two choices: yes or no. I selected yes, but am adding my own asterisk. It works, especially using the turbo mode. I find it heavy, loud (loud high-pitched & wheezy) and without the turbo button pushed, weak.But it suffices.

It works just ok. I have a small pie shaped side lot, maybe 130 feetx50 ft by 150 ft. It barely moves leaves and the 3.0ah battery only lasts for about 2/5 of the lot. If you have already bought into ryobis 40v system itd be an okay buy. If not, id buy gas.

great for all around you son light duty stuff but t will not replace a gas blower it just doesn’t have the CFM that a good old steel gas blower has but I am still happy with my purchase and believe me these things will run your battery down way quicker than any saw.
