It also features a variable speed trigger for customized control and a soft-grip handle for user comfort. The turbo button gives you an extra boost, to clear through heavier leaves and debris. Also included, the RYOBI 24 in. Cordless Hedge Trimmer delivers Gas-Like power and longer run time than a gas hedge trimmer with a cutting speed of 3200 strokes per minute. The dual action steel blades offer an aggressive 1 in. cutting capacity, all while reducing unsafe vibration. Other features include a rotating rear handle for precision cutting at any angle, along with a wrap-around front handle for ultimate control. Featuring the innovative Hedge Sweep design, this trimmer easily clears debris and clippings while you trim. Both blower and trimmer are covered under a 5-Year Limited Warranty. More power than other cordless trimmers I have used. Now I dont have to borrow the neighbors anymore. Grin. I have couple other ryobi tools with the 40v battery. The battery that comes with this trimmer is 40v but is smaller and lighter but not as powerful as my other two 40v batteries that came with my other ryobi tools. That is a good thing for the trimmer but I am disappointed that the battery does not power my blower like the two year old batteries that came with my other tools.
