I love this leaf blower. It charges fast and has alot of power. There is an extra power button that is needed in some instances. I use it for cleaning my garage, for blowing leaves in a pile and cleaning off the driveway and the patio. It is a little heavy but manageable.

I nailed this 40 volt off Ebay but come from tools direct one of Ryobi’s discounted factory outlets and I can honestly say I’m very Impressed I have the 18 volt 200 CFM 90mph and did an okay job for what I needed just happen to come across Tools direct and for 50 bucks new heck ya .I’m very impressed was gonna get the gas one like my neighbor has all the power needed if you need more guess I wish you luck pray for a tornado .only down side is 40 volt batteries ya little steep but look at the outlets like i did mine come with it all for 50 bucks and didn’t spend 150 plus .

I needed to prune back some lelands and decided my old rusted manual saw was not going to “cut” it :-). This thing is awesome – the 40v battery really gives it “teeth” and it chomped through all the branches with ease. Battery life culd be a long time, I don’t think that’ll be an issue.The one drawback is that, when on full extend, getting the balance right is a little tough. A 4A battery helps, but I may experiment with some additional counterweight that I can adjust.

I have used the Ryobi pole saw for 3 projects during 5 months. I like the battery power pole saw. It cuts well and the automatic chain oiler is great. Since I own several Ryobi products I have several batteries that can be used to power the pole chain saw. The only negative is the chain tension adjustment. A screw is tighten to apply pressure to keep the chain tensioned. Unfortunately, the chain comes loose often and has screw has to be loosed and then retightened to readjust the chain tension. A more positive adjustment mechanism like a gas powered chain saw has would be an improvement. I gave a 4 star rating because of how the chain tension mechanism is designed.
