This saw features a 15 Amp, 4,600 RPM motor and has a 12 in. cross cut capacity. The LED Cutline Indicator and work-light illuminates material to help improve accuracy of the cut and visibility. The extended miter range from 47° left and right provides versatility for all DIY and professional projects by accommodating a wide variety of cuts. The ONE+ Drill/Driver features a 1/2 in. heavy duty single sleeve keyless chuck with 24-position clutch to match your drilling and driving needs. The ONE+ Circular Saw features front pommel handle for 2-handed operation and a left side blade for better cutline visibility. The sales price for this sliding miter saw for the value it provides is unbeatable. The provided blade was good quality and made clean cuts with no tear out. The blade was already adjusted to 90. One small issue: the shadow line does not show up well during outdoor daytime use, would have preferred laser line, but I never rely on these to make my cuts. The miter angle was dead on accurate straight out of the box. NOTE: the base is long and very study so on some miter saw stands you will need a plywood sub base to mount saw and then mount to brackets. This saw handled a stack of 5 poplar 1” x 6” boards, 2” x 12” hard dry oak, and various yellow pine and plywood cuts with stock blade and I have had no issues.. but I did buy some good Diablo blades because of online reviews I saw when doing my research. Maybe it wasn’t poor blade performance but instead poor operator technique — I’ll save the Diablo blades for now.

Nothing zeroed out of box. Fence hard to zero, moves as tightened. I cut scraps till I was satisfied it cut square. Side extension rails aren’t level with table. Clamp almost useless; on right side, the saw motor bumps into it so you can’t use it there, and on the left, it moves after tightened. The sliding arm feels “gritty” and can be a little tricky to get moving. The “shadow” of the blade is on the money on the left, and fairly close on the right; I don’t know how to adjust it. If the clamp worked and the side extension rails were level with the table, I’d have rated it higher.Once fence and vertical adjustments are made, the saw works great. Using it for a month now to cut baseboards and molding. With a good blade, does an excellent job. Got used to the “gritty” slide after a few cuts. Swivel table and compound angle setting are very easy to use. I don’t rely on the “shadow” to make my cuts, only for an initial setting.I recommend it for home-owner occasional use, good value for the price. I wouldn’t recommend for a carpenter who would use it a lot.
