This stand is ok but a bit flimsy. The extendable rests are not a as strong as I thought they would be. There are not rollers on the rest just a round stationary tube. The clamps that hold them in place are not very good at all. They do not tighten down well at all. For the money you get what you pay for

Was going to take a chance on a off brand universal stand but the price of this Ryobi was only a few dollars more. Very glad I paid the extra for this stand. Assembly was easy. My 12″ Compound Sliding Miter Saw bolted right up to it. Nice sturdy construction and breaks down easily for more compact(ish) storage. Used a few times now with longer/heavier sections of wood. The adjustments were quick and easy to make and support them with no trouble at all. A+ would buy again if I ever had a need for 2.

haven’t used it a lot yet hoping for more activity in the Spring but so far everything works great The cut light is interesting in that it shines a bright light on either side of the blade and they cast a very thin shadow on the cut line that tells where the blade will touch the wood.
