RYOBI introduces the 12 in. Sliding Miter Saw with LED. The heavy duty 15 Amp motor delivers up to 3,800 RPM for the power to make difficult cuts. It features a 1-1/4 in. dust port to help keep your work area clean. The 40-tooth Carbide-Tipped blade provides improved performance for fast, clean cuts and an LED Cutline Indicator for higher accuracy. Backed by the RYOBI 3-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty, the 12 in. Sliding Miter Saw with LED includes a 40-tooth Carbide Tipped Blade, table extensions, a blade wrench, a dust bag, a work clamp, and an operator’s manual.

Bought this to replace a 30 year old Rockwell miter saw I lost due to storm damage. I love this saw! It has great depth and variability in cutting angles. Repaired the roof of the house and have been using it on several other wood working projects. While it only bevels toward the left, it is well worth the price. The work table operates smoothly and locks into the stops with no wiggle. I love the fact that the LED line is powered by the 120vac instead of needing a separate battery to use. Keep it blown out and clean and it should last any DIY’er many years.

Overall I like the saw the current project I was using this on the 45 degree cuts I was making were off a little bit so for the sake of time and material I used my other saw to complete the project. I’ll be keeping this and playing with it some more to get it dialed in for future projects.
