RYOBI introduces the 12 in. Sliding Miter Saw with LED. The heavy duty 15 Amp motor delivers up to 3,800 RPM for the power to make difficult cuts. It features a 1-1/4 in. dust port to help keep your work area clean. The 40-tooth Carbide-Tipped blade provides improved performance for fast, clean cuts and an LED Cutline Indicator for higher accuracy. Backed by the RYOBI 3-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty, the 12 in. Sliding Miter Saw with LED includes a 40-tooth Carbide Tipped Blade, table extensions, a blade wrench, a dust bag, a work clamp, and an operator’s manual.

Purchased this Ryobi 12 in Dual Compound Sliding Miter Saw to install new Pergo XP Highland Hickory 10 mm Thick flooring. Was well packaged in the box, everything was secure. Set Up took less than 20 minutes. Saw accuracy was spot on right out of the box. Do wish that it had a True LED Laser, but the LED Shadow light works for the task that I was doing. Would recommend to purchase the Diablo 12 in. x 80-Teeth Finishing Saw Blade for cutting laminate flooring

So far, I’ve done quite a few projects with this and it has been flawless. In my opinion, this is the best saw for the money. It was very easy to assemble, although the box is massive! Clamp works, It came square and true, slide works great, pretty quiet, trigger safety isn’t a pain.Cons: LED is dim in daylight, dust collector is worthless, it could be a little wider at the base.

The until arrived earlier than promised and once adjusted for square, level and plumb, was thrown headlong into a shop renovation. So far, great performance for great price. My only critique is that the trueing up process was a bit cumbersome, with some difficulty adjusting to zero on the miter scale, and the vertical plumb axis.
