This was refurbished but seems good .The only manual was super small print and images..Maybe that is the only one … in several languages rather confusing tiny print. The Ryobi hedge trimmer I had purchased had a much better manual. I like the line rewind system, but could not see in manual about removing OLD line before putting in the new line. ALL Ryobi products I’ve purchased have been good.
