Purchased this in May, 2020.Used it 3 times and noticed gas leaking from the cover which houses the carburetor and filter while storing it in my garage hanging up. Returned it to Home Depot for a refund and was denied cash back because it was 3 days past the 30 day return policy. Received store credit. I decided to purchase a new one at regular price because the reconditioned model was out of stock. I was not happy paying the extra 57.00 for a new one! Hope this one is good!

Started on the 3rd pull and runs like a champ! It was missing accessories such as extra string and 2 cycle oil, but that’s to be expected with a reconditioned item. It seems to have a somewhat unusual way of the head getting up to speed. It reminds me of an old car with a high stall torque converter. In other words, you give it some gas and the head only starts to spin when the engine hits a certain RPM. That’s not a big deal, just takes some getting used to. I probably overemphasized this, but it’s worth noting.My unit looks and runs like new. It has some minor superficial surface scratches, but nothing major. I’m very pleased!
