Blower works fine but the shoulder strap was not included in the box. In fact, I have no idea what else might be missing because it was just a blank box with the fully assembled blower inside. No manual or anything else. Otherwise, functions as it should.

Very happy with the blower. The reason I chose this one is because most of the other blower types have the air intake on the left hand side. I’m right handed so if I wear loose shorts, then my shorts get sucked against the intake and it’s very annoying. This one has been fine.
